Other Agents
The registered migration agent,
Cedwynn Toweel, has been a student of the law for over 30 years. Having
practiced as an advocate in South Africa and a barrister-at-law in Australia for
over 20 years he is in a position to advise other agents in problem cases.
If an opinion is sought
concerning a specific case, AMVA can be contacted and an agreement reached
regarding the provision of such an opinion.
In the past 20 years Cedwynn has
represented clients at all levels and argued cases in most courts and
tribunals. He is willing to accept briefs to appear at the MRT, RRT and the AAT, as
well as the Federal Courts of Australia in migration and related matters.
Over the years Cedwynn has
represented various professionals who are charged with unprofessional conduct
and misconduct. As such he is in a position to represent other agents who are
facing disciplinary proceedings by Mara.
